“We met Alan about a year ago when he moved in across the hall to help his brother Gus He became a super great friend along with his brother and also Dwayne Brinson they were always here to help . Alan came across the hall daily checking on us known we are elderly . He was always so kind and generous in lending a helping hand we are going to miss you Alan Rest in Peace Sincere condolences to all his Family .”

“I first met Alan on Sept. 2 1982 at St. Jean's School Gym. It was my first karate class and Alan and his Sister, Loretta, were part of the senior blackbelts at the Charlottetown Chito-Ryu Karate Club headed by Sensei Macfarlane. When Alan taught class, he ran a tight ship....meaning discipline and skill were expected during class, and outside the dojo. His skill as a referee and judge in tournaments was nothing short of professional. Sorry to hear of his passing. Peace in Christ, Alan.”
