She was predeceased by: her parents, Milia Elias and Elias Elias; her siblings, Olivia Raachini (Abdu), Najla Ibrahim (Philippe), Ida Abou Nakoul (Mikhael), Luis Elias, Hannah Elias and Joseph Elias; and her siblings-in-law, Jean Rashed, Emily Nasrallah (Philip), Arif Ibrahim, George Rashed and Abe Zakem.

She is survived by: her spouse Souhail "Cy" Rashed; her children, Diane MacKenzie (Eddie), Jimmy Rashed (Nadeen) and Raymon Rashed (Dalia); her grandchildren, James, Joshua, Natalia, Ethan, Adrianna and Austin; her sisters, Maha Ibrahim and Violette Khoury (Samir); and her siblings-in-law, Amal, Jano Elias, Laura Zakem, Labeeb Rashed and Elias Rashed (Fadia). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Provincial Palliative Care Centre.
