She was predeceased by: her parents, Roland MacDonald and Evelyn MacDonald (Wood); her mother-in-law Leith (Emma Brown); her brother Roy; and her siblings-in-law, Aletha Creed and Norman Brown.
She is survived by: her husband Alan L. Brown; her children, Darren Brown (Lori) and Heather Brown-Young (David); her granddaughter Hannah Brown; her brother Malcolm MacDonald (Ingrid); and her sister-in-law Lyla Brown of Calgary. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Park Royal United Church, Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Foundation.
