He was predeceased by: his parents, Azza Beers (Parkman) and George Beers; his sister Betty Crawford Goodwin (Beers); and his brothers-in-law, David Crawford, Alan Goodwin, Alan Bowness and Tom Davies Jr. Resting.

He is survived by: his wife Connie Beers (Davies); his sisters-in-law, Dianne Bowness (Davies) and Eleanor Davies; his niece Nancy Trueman (David); his nephews, Jeff Crawford and Peter Crawford; and his godson Baron Delaney (Rose). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
