He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Gallant and Hilda Gallant (Doucette); and his brother Ronnie Gallant. He is survived by: his spouse Selina Gallant; his stepchildren, Dion Pickett (Madonna), Elizabeth Pickett (Guy), Juanita Pickett and Dennis Pickett (Tammy); his siblings, Betty Doucette (Sterling) and Francis Gallant (Geneva Tuttle); his sister-in-law Della Gallant; his nephews, Erwin Doucette, Dwight Doucette, Darcy Doucette, Dwayne Gallant, Craig Rout-Gallant and Ryan Rout-Gallant; and his great-nieces, Sterling and Addison Gallant.
