He was predeceased by: his parents, Carrol Kelly and Margaret Kelly (Walker). He is survived by: his wife Harriet Dear; his children, Meredith, Paul and Larry; and his siblings, Charles Kelly and Adele Cairns.

As per Covid 19 regulations vax passes and masks are required to attend.
