It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beryl Clairmont (Deblois) Fraser (Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island), who passed away on September 29, 2021, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Noel Hamlyn DeBlois and Gerda Clairmont Taylor; her brother Thomas D. DeBlois (Mary); her daughter-in-law Jelena; her granddaughter Megan; and her brothers-in-law, Jan Volesky and Dr. John Henry.
She is survived by: her former husband F. Clarke Fraser; her stepchildren, Norah, Noel (Pat), Alan and Scott (Tasha); her children, Trevor (Marcelle), Emmett (Justine), Gillian, Masha, Alexander and Ogden; her sisters, Audrey Volesky and Norah Henry; and also, Eliot, Cohen, Finnegan and Kipling.
The family is deeply grateful to the staff at Whisperwood Villa, where Beryl received excellent, loving care throughout her stay but especially over the past 19 months of the pandemic.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to St. Paul's Anglican Church or Island Nature Trust.
