She was predeceased by: her parents, Denny Sheppard and Hazel Sheppard. She is survived by: her spouse Dr. Vello Kass; her children, Dr. Kadre Sneddon (Gary) and Kersti Kass; her grandchildren, Sean, Tessa, Daniel, Molly, Jonah and Maggie; her brother Doug Sheppard (Elaine); and her sister-in-law Ann Holtz (Al).
