She is survived by: her husband Leonard Cusack; her children, Peter Cusack (Kellie) of Summerside, Carrie Ellsworth (Scott) of Cornwall, Danny Cusack (Kylah Hennessey) of Charlottetown, John Cusack (Angela MacDougald) of Stratford and Amy Cusack of North Rustico; her sisters, Margaret (Jim McQuillan), Joan (Alfred Gallant), Theresa (Blaine Blacquiere), Gerarda (Edward Gallant) and Mary (Alan Miller); and her grandchildren, Evan, Hilary, Daniel, Avery, Calen, Camden, Breton, Addison, Callie, Sophie, Maggie, Bennett, Davin and Sadie.
