He is survived by: his spouse Carole-Ann (Cox); his children, Jamie (Taylor) and Katie (Kenneth); his parents, Carter French and Muriel French (Grandmaison); his parent-in-law Rita Cox (late James); his siblings, Grant (Andree), Donna (Peter), Mike (Barb) and Tracy; and his sibling-in-law Gordie Cox (Melanie).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Parkdale-Sherwood Lions Club or Special Olympics-PEI.
