He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Foster and Edna Foster (Ellis); his brother Bruce Foster; his parents-in-law, George and Joyce Gallant; his siblings-in-law, Rita Bustard and Bobby Gallant; and his pet Frankie.
He is survived by: his wife Doreen Gail Foster (Gallant); his children, Trevor Foster (Janice MacKinnon) and Tracy Foster (Ed Brown); his granddaughter Jayme Brown; his sister Lois Blunston; his aunt Marjorie Ellis; his siblings-in-law, Linda Gallant, Valerie Gallant, Donna Jackson (Roger), Pat Smith, Bob Dewar and Bill Bustard; and his close friend Reece Allen. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews and all his fur babies.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Clarence may be made to the PEI Humane Society or the QEH Foundation.
