It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Ann Windsor (Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island), who passed away on June 25, 2025, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Andrew Gilbert Windsor; her father Winston Smith; and her brother Irwin. She is survived by: her children, Shawn (Christine), Sharilyn and Tobias (Breanna); her grandchildren, Nikki, Ashley, Jason, Charlotte, Emelia and Adelynn; her mother Janet Smith; and her siblings, Cathy, Ken (Karen), Mary Lynn, Sue (Glen) and Kelly (Mikaela).
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Andrew's United Church.
