David Wesley Fram Obituary

We announce the death of David Wesley Fram of Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, who passed away on October 27, 2026, at the age of 85. David will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Fram and Peg Fram; his siblings, Ken and Joan; and his stepson Gary Frizzell.

He is survived by: his wife Bertha (Frizzell); his children, Jill Lacey (Ron) and Jay (Marnie); his stepsons, David (Peggy) and Steven Frizzell; his grandsons, Will Lacey and Noah Frizzell; his sister-in-law Audrey Fram; and his stepdaughter-in-law Bernadette Praught.
