He was predeceased by: his parents, Lammert Wolters and Aukje Wolters (Hoekstra); and his sister Jinke Wiegersma (Douwe). He is survived by: his spouse Marianna (DeHoop); his children, Wietske Van Assen (Jan), Aukje Annema (Johannes), Lammert (Sharon), Harry (Tandi), Eelke (Susan), Peter (Melinda), Alice VanderZwaag (Bob) and Marinus (Bianca); and his siblings, Nell Annema (late Johannes), Yeltje Algra (late Willem), Eelke Wolters (late Tietje), Lieuwe Wolters (Hennie) and Piet Wolters (Bonnie). He is also survived by 27 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of PEI or the PEI Right to Life Association.
