He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Flynn and Catherine Flynn of Dorchester St; his siblings, Merrill (Ernestine), Allan (Cathy) and Shirley Dunn (John); his nephew Michael Dunn; and his niece Deborah Flynn.

He is survived by : his love Helen Flynn; and his brother Wayne (Florence).
