It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald LeClair (Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island), who passed away on January 8, 2026, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter LeClair and Lucy LeClair; and his siblings, Peter, Leonard, Katherine, Ina, Marion, Sr., Mary Gabriel, Sr., June, Maye and Pauline.
He is survived by: his spouse Carlie Ann; his children, Paula (Brent Thompson), Stephen (Skipper), Ronnie (Silvia), Katie (Andrew Doherty) and Terry; his grandchildren, Bryce, Carly Thompson, Reece, Nathan, Eric, Scarlet LeClair, Ella (Roman Tiessen), Colin, Rebecca and Jonathan Doherty; and his siblings-in-law, John (Helena), Billy Sullivan (Cathy), Ralph Kennedy (late Maye), Maureen (Robert Taylor), Jane (Dave Adam), Marion (late Paul) and Sandra LeClair. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Don's name to the Upper Room.
