It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Grace Forbes (Carragher) MacMillan (Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island), who passed away on January 31, 2026, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Urias Carragher and Cora Carragher; her brother-in-law Bud Whelan; her siblings, Robert Sutherland and Dorothy Carragher; and her nephew Andrew Carragher.
She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" MacMillan; her daughters, Buffy Leigh Forbes and Meighan Dawn Forbes (Darren Peters); her grandchildren, Dannie Grace Forbes-Currie and Micah Andrew Forbes-Currie; and her siblings, Marie Whelan (late Bud), Vincent "Johnny" Carragher (Bernie) and Sally Monaghan (Shayne).
A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home (33 Longworth Ave, Charlottetown, PE C1A7M8).
