He was predeceased by: his father Frank MacKinnon of Springhill. He is survived by: his mother Carmen MacKinnon of Charlottetown; and his siblings, Carol MacKinnon (Sam Evans) of Charlottetown, Earlene McKinnon-Gray (Bob Gray) of Charlottetown, Donald MacKinnon (Noelle) of Indian Point, N. S., David MacKinnon (Wendy) of Medicine Hat, Gladys MacKinnon of Middleton, N. S. and Richard MacKinnon of Sammamish, WA. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Doug's memory to the Amherst Cove Consolidated School would be greatly appreciated.
