Douglas Gallant Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on September 23, 2025, at the age of 81, Douglas Gallant (Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alyre Gallant and Maude Gallant; and his siblings, Gertrude LeClair (Armand), Buddy Gallant (Anne) and Basil Gallant (Jackie).

He is survived by: his wife Catherine Anne (Sweeney); his children, Corinne, Jeff (Heather), Janice (Gerald), Kevin, Mike (Jackie) and Erin; Oswald Gallant (Marian), Geri Gauthier (late Gerard), Harold Gallant (late Cathy), Michael Gallant (Pat), Dennis Gallant (Sue), Joanne Gallant (Roland) and Garnett Gallant. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
