He was predeceased by: his parents, Weston Sr. Carmody and Kathleen Carmody (Powell); and his siblings, Weston Carmody Jr., Lillian Carmody, Heath Carmody (Mary) of White Rock, BC, Ernest Carmody (Betty) of Truro, NS, Dorothy Webb (Lawrence) of Amherst, NS and Evelyn Lawson (Ray) of Sault Ste.
He is survived by: his children, Douglas E. Carmody (Elspeth), Brooks Carmody (Germaine) and Christina McCarron (Chris); his grandchildren, Erin, Anson Carmody (Bethany), Josh Carmody, Caidance, Charlotte, Carson and Carmen McCarron; his great grandchild Anna Carmody; and his close friends, Ann Peters and Junior Stordy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
