We bid farewell to Eileen Shaw of Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 20, 2026 at the age of 99. Eileen touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mina Weeks and Harry Weeks; her husband Robert Shaw; her stepdaughters, Margaret Shaw-Campbell (Roderick) and Mary Jacklyn Shaw; and her brothers, Miller (Olive), Lewis (Frances) and Reginald (Ruby).
She is survived by: her stepdaughter Roberta Shaw; her stepgrandchildren, Michael Johnston (Christine) and Jacklyn Johnston (David Pape); her stepgreat-grandchildren, Daniel (Eleanor), Melanie Pape, Rita and Marcus Pape; her nieces and nephews, Eric Weeks (Evelyn), Nadine Moffatt, Marilyn Sceles (late Ted), Scott Weeks (Elena) and Leonard Weeks (Dana); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Heather, David Sceles, Robert Moffatt (Amanda), Denton Moffatt (Lynn), Ryan Weeks (Erin), Colin Weeks (Carolyn), Erika Steeves (Dan), Derick Weeks, Jennafer Weeks (Luke), Brittany, Brandon, Bradley Weeks, Aeron and Adrian Mejia.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Eileen may be made to the MS Society of Canada, the Canadian Cancer Society or the PEI Cancer Treatment Centre (via the QEH Foundation).
