She was predeceased by: her husband Rev. Clayton Lewis; her children-in-law, David Pilkington and Kathleen Lewis; her granddaughter Sarah Pilkington; her parents, Jean Newell and John Newell; and her sisters, Pat, Jean "Doodie" and Evelyn.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Pilkington (Charlottetown), Stewart Lewis (Toronto) and Ron Lewis (Charlottetown); her grandchildren, Spirit Pilkington and Josh Lewis; and her siblings, Thelma, Linda, John and David.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial donations be made to one of her two favourite charities, the Canadian Cancer Society or the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada.
