She was predeceased by : her parents, Alfred Moore and Annie Moore (Toombs); her husband Hector Scott; her siblings, Peggy Skinner (Al), Bessie Stewart (George) and Herbert Moore; and her brother-in-law John MacNeill.

She is survived by : her sons, Derrick Scott (Debbie) and Glenn Scott (Cheryl); her grandchildren, Jillian Matthews (Andy), Ryan Scott (Cindy), Anthony Scott (Natalie), Patti Scott (Robert Buote), Matt Scott, Lauren Ternan (Jaron), Jeffrey Watts and Bonnie Bridges; her great grandchildren, Miah, Taylor, Myles, Sakura, Julia, Meredith, Liam, Scott and Aida; her sister Jennie MacNeill; and her sister-in-law Myrna Moore. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Donations in memory of Ethel may be made to the West River United Church, QEH Foundation or to the charity of the donor's choice.
