Ferne (Tremere) Holmes Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ferne (Tremere) Holmes (Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island), who passed away on September 30, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Calvin Holmes; her parents, Hibbert Tremere and Olive Tremere; her parents-in-law, Tyrus and Hazel Holmes; her siblings, Ora Baglole (Addie), Arnold Tremere (Inez) and Wendell Tremere; and her brothers-in-law, Patrick McMonagle and Clyde Holmes (Hilda).
She is survived by: her children, Beverly Jean, Garth (Maxine), Darlene Gauthier (late Leigh) and Marilyn Holmes; her pet Harley; her sister Gerda McMonagle (Al); and her sister-in-law Frances Tremere. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Ferne's wake will be held at Hennessey Cutcliffe Funeral Home on Monday, October 4th from 3:00 to 6:00 p. m. by invitation with COVID-19 restrictions in place.
