She was predeceased by: her spouse Gordie McMurrer; her parents, Melvin Heartz and Nellie Heartz; and her brothers, Frankie Heartz and Freddy Kelly.
She is survived by: her children, Koreen Yorston (Joey) and Kelly Smith; her grandchildren, Emma Smith, Logan Smith, Clara Yorston and Sophie Yorston; and her siblings, Cecelia Gormley (Reg), Gussie Heartz, Loretta Heartz and Alan Heartz. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
