She was predeceased by: her husband Cyril Yard; her parents, Lillian Percy and Harry Percy; and her siblings, Willfred, Clyde, Ray, Viola, Elizabeth and Lillian.
She is survived by: her son Glenn (Gloria); her granddaughter Nicole; her brothers, Austin (Evelyn) and Henry (Elsie); and her niece Corinne Aylward.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Florence may be made to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Foundation or the PEI Humane Society.
