Francis Reid Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Francis Reid (Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 17, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Thomas and Margaret Reid. He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his children, Wendy Reid (Steven MacEachern), Kim Ladner (Kevin), Bernie Nichols (Matthew) and Jackie Reid; his grandchildren, Ryan Ladner, Ben Ladner (Jill) and Zach Ladner (Olivia Falcone); his sisters-in-law, Yvonne Gallant (Desmond Duffy) and Inez Doiron; and his cousin Reid. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Diabetes Canada in Francis' memory would be appreciated.
