George Abou Rashed Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Abou Rashed (Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island), who passed away on January 24, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dahood "David" and Lutfa Abou Rashed (Abou Nasser); and his sibling Emily Nasrallah (Philip). He is survived by: his spouse Sandra Abou Rashed; his children, Peter Rashed and Edward Abou Rashed; his stepdaughter Sara Townsend (Craig); and his siblings, Labeeb Abou Rashed (Jean), Elias "Louie" Abou Rashed (Faida), Laura Zakem (Abe) and Souhail "Cy" Abou Rashed (Amal). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of PEI or the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Foundation.
