It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George R. Neufeld (Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island), who passed away on January 1, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Neufeld and Aganetha Neufeld (Engbrecht); his former wife Barbara (Hughes); and his siblings, Jacob Neufeld (Jack) and Wilma Neufeld.
He is survived by: his wife Simona Neufeld; his siblings, Walt Neufeld (Audrey), Ed Neufeld (Alberta) and Elvera Klassen (John); his sister-in-law Marion Neufeld; his daughter Andrea MacNeill (Gardiner) of Charlottetown, PE; his stepsons, Craig Weaver (Jennifer) of Saint John and Kevin Weaver (Eunice) of Fredericton; his grandchildren, Kayla, Aleasha, Josh Weaver, Jacob and Ali MacNeill; and his great grandchild Parker Mowery.
