He is survived by: his spouse Shirley; his children, Darlene Birt (Danny), Gary Marshall and Lorie Marshall (Melvin Wakelin); his grandchildren, Stacy Cavanagh (Mark), Dawn Axworthy (Mark), Jody Birt (late Alex), Jamie Marshall, Trent Birt (Ashley) and Sarah Younker (Lucas); his great grandchildren, Jenna, Kennedy, Cole, Kiley, Ella, Dylan, Aiden, Morgan, Haley and Charlie; his sister Doreen Huggan (late Tom Bambrick); and his nephew Lester Huggan (Sylvia).
