He was predeceased by: his parent Toronto; and his brother Peter. He is survived by: his close friend Brenda Porter (Wallena Higgins); his cousin Scotland; and his close friends, Dr. Randy MacKinnon, Clinic, Barbara Horner and Dr. Michael Eleff.
