He was predeceased by: his siblings, Francis Mahar, Pat Bowtle (Gordon) and Ann Donovan (Glen Castle); his mother Vivian Coyle; his children, Susan Warren and Tim Slinkosky; and his former wives, Susan Doyle and Margaret "Margie" Rooney.
He is survived by: his wife Joanne Arthur; his daughters, Joanne Murnaghan (late Russell), Joanie MacKinnon (Jeff), Wendy McInnis (Kevin Tremere), Amy Coyle (Dylan MacLean), Geri Murphy (Jeff) and Tamara Scribner (Shawn); his stepchildren, Shane Arthur, Shelley Hogue and Kim Redmond (Rob); his sister Rose Gamble (late Gordon); and his friend Legion. He is also survived by his 17 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 5 step grandchildren.
