She is survived by: her children, Colette Neill (Garth) and Earl Jr.; her grandchildren, Ashley, Courtney, Eric, Amanda (Jonathan), Rebecca (Brad), Michael, Scott (Taylor), Owen, Carter and Hunter; her great grandchildren, Breanna, Bryson, Cody, Sophia, Hudson, Amelia, Sawyer, Katherine, Brooks and Charlotte; and her siblings, Betty Judson (Frank), Bonnie MacCallum (late Willie), Joselyn Dickson (Wayne), Keith Welsh and Fabian Welsh (Susan). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 7th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Belvedere Funeral Home (178 Fitzroy St, Charlottetown, PE C1A1S1). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
