We are sad to announce that on November 24, 2019, Helen (McGuigan) F. MacDonald (Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Alex MacDonald; her parents, Agnes McGuigan and Emmett McGuigan; her siblings, Derrill, Jack McGuigan (Mary) and Marie Driscoll (Gerald); and her sisters-in-law, Anna Cloutier (Al), Gen Fail (Sydney) and Edna MacKinnon (Edward).
She is survived by: her children, Gerard MacDonald, Mary Shreenan (Ivan), Linda Cheverie (Melvin), Dianne MacDonald, Wayne MacDonald and Cathy Dunsford (Clair); her grandchildren, David Lindstrom (Alyssa), Amanda Lindstrom, Jason Shreenan (Julie), Gina Fitzpatrick (Blaine), Scott Shreenan (Rianna), Bobby Cheverie (Amanda), Patti Stavert (Rob), Timothy Cheverie (Amanda), Chris MacDonald and Matthew Phillips (Rob); her great grandchildren, Sadie, Easton, Bella, Raina, Sam, Ben, Abi, Ruby, Ellie, Alice, Luke, Macy, Will, Alex, Matthew, Jackson, Maddox, Miley, Tessa, Presley, Holden, Lincoln, Rory and Hallie; her brothers, Jim McGuigan (Anita) and Lorne McGuigan (Jo); and her sisters-in-law, Martha MacDonald (late Leonard), Thelma MacDonald (late Clarence), Evelyn Hoff (late Ray) and Bernice Becker (late Tony).
Visiting hours on Thursday 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Members of the Holy Redeemer CWL will hold a prayer service at the funeral home on Thursday at 4:30 p.m. If so desired, memorial contributions may be made to Pat & the Elephant or the Canadian Cancer Society.
