It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Helen Lorraine Ramsay (Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island), who passed away on January 23, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" and Frances Bowness (Gard); her husband Victor Ramsay; and her sister Sylvia. She is survived by: her sister Beryl Zarvie (Steve); and her children, Debbie Benner (Robert), Cheryl Carmichael, Wendy Postill (Herb), Kim Lawrence, Beryl White (Troy), Scott Ramsay and Bruce Ramsay (Rita). She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
