It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Francis Watts of Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, who passed away on July 9, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Norma Watts; his parents, Frank H. Watts and Lillie Watts (Dover); his sister Dorothy Vessey (Richard "Dick"); his brother-in-law Dewar Swan; and his grandson Jeffery Watts.
He is survived by: his children, Carla Underhill (Roy), Glenn (Mary), Paul (Brenda) and Kathy (David); his stepson Mark Murray (Tracey); his sister Grace Swan; and his daughter-in-law Mary Watts. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
