He was predeceased by: his parents, Susan Milloy and Robert Neil; and his siblings, Roberta Byrne and James Neil. He is survived by: his children, Chris Neil (Joanne), Carolyn Neil (Leighton Thomas) and Cheryl Mellish (Jeff); his former wife Valerie Neil; and his sisters, Lizann Star, Maureen Quinn and Jean Bolton.
