She was predeceased by: her husband William Gallant; her parents, Harrison Urquhart and Vivian Urquhart (Tanner); her sisters, Norma Ladouceur (Tom), Carol MacDonald and Sandra Roy (Wallace); and her pet Princess.
She is survived by: her daughters, Catherine Martin (Steve) and Christine Gallant (Morgan Dawe); her grandchildren, Emma, Seth, Lily and Rhys; her sisters, Margaret Chisholm (Donald) and Marion Moody (Tom); and her pets, Pip-Pip, Cheerio and Mochi. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Belvedere Funeral Home (175 Belvedere Ave, Charlottetown, PE C1A2Y9). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the St. Pius X Church (106 St Peters Rd, Charlottetown, PE C1A5P2).
