He is survived by: his wife Lynda (Conway); his daughters, Jennifer and Heather (Marcus); his stepchildren, Marylou Mamye (Tim), Joanne Schliebener (Andy) and Mark Gregory (Judy); his siblings, Anne Campbell and George Campbell (Linda); and his siblings-in-law, Paula Crockett (Orville) and Michael Conway (Julie VanBuskirk).
