He was predeceased by: his wife Roma; his son Robin; his parents, Harry Francis and Ethel Francis; and his siblings, Elizabeth Williamson, Hilda LePage (Buff), Bernice MacLeod and John Francis (Buster).
He is survived by: his children, Rory (Ann), Vicki (Martha) and Randy (Wendy); his grandchildren, Adam, Graeme (Amra), Carmen (Dylan), Timothy, Jesse and Magie (Aaron); his sister Ethel MacEwen; his siblings-in-law, Robert MacKay (Lena) and Gabrielle Larocque Daoust; and his sons, Carriage and Sleigh Manufacturers. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
