James Sherren Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Sherren (Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island), who passed away on July 2, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Morson Walter and Florence Sherren; his siblings, Norman, Lawrence, Roy, Stanley, Jack, Althea, Hilda, Walter, Margaret, Arthur, Francis and William; his children, Cathy MacLean, Robert Sherren and David Sherren; his grandson James David; and his great grandchildren, Finn and Alexander.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Sherren; his children, Betty Jean Morse (Les) and Ricky Sherren; his children-in-law, Karen Campbell (late Bob) and Bruce Maclean (late Cathy); his brother-in-law John Pater (late Jean); his niece Lisa Clow (Johnny); and his grandchildren, Jay Sherren, Michael, Melissa Sherren (Casey), Molly MacLean (Michael), Ricky Lee Sherren (Arnie), Lisa Dawn Sherren, Matthew MacLean (Daniele), Justin MacLean (Alison), Mary Ellen, Serpanchy (Ryan), Bethany MacLean, Andrew MacLean (Amy), Daniel Morrison and Krystal Morrison. He is also survived by his many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hennessy Funeral Home (33 Longworth Ave, Charlottetown, PE C1A 5A3). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
