We are sad to announce that, on April 8, 2023, at the age of 64, Jill Elizabeth Moore (Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett MacFarlane and Louise MacFarlane of Charlottetown. She is survived by: her husband Garth; her children, Alysa and Alexander; her siblings, Joan, Mary Lou and Scott MacFarlane; and her sister-in-law Joan Golden (George Emberly). She is also survived by her loving family and the friends and co-workers.
