She was predeceased by: her spouse Corporal George Gauthier; her parents, Cyril Shephard and Catherine Shephard; and her siblings, Ben, Elmer, Lloyd, Bob, Alan, Paddy, Isabel, Maggie and Francis.
She is survived by: her children, Wendy Kearse (Paul), Judy Smith and Kevin Gauthier (Brenda); her grandchildren, Bill (Cheryl), Jessica (Devon), Sean (Melanie), Cheryl, Christopher (Martina) and Michelle (Daniel); her great grandchildren, Alexia, Sadie, Isaac, Emilia, Nathan and Chloe; her siblings, Wilfred Shephard (Patricia), Genny Dyer and Anne Kirkham (Fred); and her nephew David Shephard. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
