It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Van Den Bremt (Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island), who passed away on September 8, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son John; and his siblings, Marcel, Rene, Willey and Blondine.
He is survived by: his wife Agnes; his close friend Russell Dockendorff; his son Henri (Evelyne); his grandchildren, Sophie, Sebastien and Kyle; his great grandchild Ayden; his close friend Agnes; his siblings, Rita and Etienne; and also Agnes. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
With COVID-19 restrictions in place, visitation will be by invitation.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the PEI Palliative Care Centre .
