He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Edward and Eileen Beckett (Gibson). He is survived by: his wife Susan Elizabeth Thibault-Beckett; his children, Christopher Spencer (Heather) of Bridgewater, NS, Jason Spencer of Little Dyke, NS, Amanda Spencer (Ian), Robert Beckett of Fredricton, NB, Paul Beckett (Lacey) of Stratford, PE, Holly Beckett (Adam) of Halifax, NS and Ariel Matyi-Spencer of Carbondale Illinois; his stepdaughter Rachael Wentzell Jenkins (Joseph) of Moncton, NB; his grandsons, Darius, Lucas, Felix and Oliver; his brother Keith Beckett (Yvonne); his mother-in-law Marguerite Roy (late Harvey); his siblings-in-law, Deborah Nelson (late Jon) of Truro, Betty Thibault (late Tom) of Urbania, NS and David Thibault Fur (late Tracey); and his close friends, Pixel and Bird. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
