He was predeceased by: his son Leo; his parents, Leo Dougan and Margaret Dougan; and his brother Gordon. He is survived by: his wife Leona; his daughters, Tammy Lewis (Jamie) and Angela Dougan; his sisters, Leona McMurrer (late Gerald), Eileen Dougan (late Benny MacDonald) and Verna McInnis (Ian); and his sister-in-law Betty Dougan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
