John MacDougall Obituary

We bid farewell to John MacDougall of Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 7, 2026 at the age of 96. John touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Joseph and Elizabeth MacDougall (MacDonald); his wife Marylee (Doyle); and his son Jeff. He is survived by: his sons, Father Brian MacDougall of Charlottetown, John of Charlottetown and Robert "Bob" of Calgary; his grandsons, Robert (April), Steven (Deanna), Johnathan and Joshua; his great grandchildren, Rebecca, Morgan, Cameryn and Ryder; and his daughter-in-law Bonnie MacDougall.

Visitation was held on Sunday, January 11th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home (33 Longworth Ave, Charlottetown, PE C1A 5A3). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, January 12th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Holy Redeemer Church (3 Pond St, Charlottetown, PE C1A2N9).
