With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Beer of Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, who passed away on February 7, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Cathy Flanagan; and her parents, Keith Warren and Evelyn Warren. She is survived by: her husband Ian; her daughter Barb Oulahen (Jeff); her children-in-law, Jeff Flanagan, Grammie of Claire, Sophie and Evelyn; and her brothers, John (Debbie) and Wendell Warren (Helen).
