She was predeceased by : her parents, Wilfred Hardy and Freda Hardy (Ward). She is survived by : her husband Albert Foster; her children, Jim (Ellen) and Kim Younker (Rick); her grandchildren, Koady Younker (Jami-Lee), Allison Carr-Younker, Alexia Younker, Cole Younker, Katie Foster (Lukas Vanderzwaag) and James Foster (Ashleigh Ford); her great grandchildren, Jace and Beau Younker; and her sister Mildred Smith.

In Lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the PEI Humane Society.
