She was predeceased by: her husband William M. "Willis" Hennessey; and her siblings, Wilfred Prosper (Hilda), Vincent Prosper, Myrtle McGuigan, Elsie "Yea" MacDonald (Peter), Frances Power (Hughie) and Veronica "Vonnie" Chaisson (Leo).

She is survived by: her children, Michael (Mary), David, Paula Kennedy (Greg) and Chris (Connie); her grandchildren, Billy, Dr. Jane (Matt Steeves), Bobby Hennessey (Sarah), Courtney, Nick Kennedy (Purvi) and Natalie Hennessey; her great grandchildren, James Steeves and Drew Hennessey; and her siblings, Joanne Arthur (Jitter Coyle), Anna Pettitt (Ron), Bill Prosper (Kay) and Ernie Prosper (Winnie). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
